‘The cross alone is our theology’. But in the face of floods, droughts & a world in chaos, what does the cross have to say? What do these disasters teach us about God, as we examine them through the cross? Do we have a picture of the cross big enough to deal with anything beyond personal problems?
The cross doesn’t just transform lives. It transforms the world. Our sin has made a disordered world. At the cross, our sin is dealt with, & so is this disrupted world. The cross reconciles all things, makes heaven totally good & creates people of hope.
