We are always looking for extra hands to keep the Lord’s work going!
Everybody is needed! We are part of a family and every member of our church has a part to play. From in-gathering roles to kids’ ministry, mission or care ministries, maturity leadership, community involvement and more.
To help you think about where to serve, you could think about questions like: “What are my passions?”
“What are my talents and skills?” “Am I keen to serve in particular areas now, or are there roles I may like to be involved with at a later date?”

Offertory Counters
We would like a number of people to be on the roster and willing to count the offertory, then action the bank deposit.
Cooking Skills
If you are able to cook a meal for guests exploring Jesus at Alpha & Christianity Explored, we would love your help. Catering one meal for one night of our course for up to 20-30 people.
Prayer & Kitchen team for Alpha & Christianity Explored
Come and pray for guests as they explore Jesus and help serve and tidy away dinner. Or you could join the prayer team and pray in your own time.
Production Team
If you are able to volunteer as a camera operator for our live streamed services (10am & 7pm Kirribilli) – we’d love people for this team! We’re also looking to expand our pool of photographers attending any of our gatherings.
Connect Group Leader-in-Training
Are you interested in being trained up to lead a connect group at our church?.
Creche Helpers on Tuesday morning
Would you be able to volunteer some time on a Tuesday morning to care for children while their Mums are gathering?
Visitors to Greenway, Lansdowne Gardens & James Milson
Would you be interested in being part of our teams from church who visit Greenway – particularly if you’re good at having chats with people! We’re also looking for volunteers for aged care home visits.
Kids Church Leaders
If you have a passion for seeing kids learn about Jesus & grow in their faith, we are always seeking more Kids Church leaders.
Help at Everyday English
We require team leaders and class teachers for Wednesday mornings from 9am to 12pm.
Admin Support
Are you able to volunteer to do the occasional admin task in the church office?
Worship & Creative Team
We are alway looking for more musicians, singers & soundies for our gatherings.
Playtime
We are in need of people to chat with our community members during Playtime, help with morning tea and running craft activities.
Repairs/Handman Tasks
Are you handy & could volunteer to do the occasional repair/handyman task at church?
