Pastor in Training
The Bridge Church is seeking to recruit, to help prepare for full-time ministry post-college, Pastors-in-Training to serve in our team, to pastor, lead and equip our members, with the aim of seeing people live for Jesus and love like Jesus.
Your role will involve overseeing some mid-week ministry and involvement in Sunday gatherings, with a focus on supporting and guiding people in their faith journey. You will also receive training, mentoring, regular feedback and debriefing.

Asset & Facilities Manager
The Bridge Church is seeking to recruit an experienced and practical Asset & Facilities Manager to oversee the stewardship of our diverse property portfolio. This is a varied role combining long-term asset management, facilities management, property projects, and hands-on maintenance to ensure our spaces remain safe, functional, well-maintained and fit for purpose.Â
Reporting to the Operations Director and working closely with the Wardens, this part time role will be responsible for a portfolio that includes three heritage church buildings, four residential rectory properties, commercial premises and four leased properties.
