For some people, it is a relief that judgement may never come. Others, seeing the injustice of the world, would see a lack of final judgement as the ultimate tragedy. Wherever you sit on the scale, God’s Word in 2 Kings 24-25 is clear: God is faithful in judgement. His faithfulness here drives us to be honest about judgement, to repent wholeheartedly & be thankful for the king who deals with wrath.
