At The Bridge church, we value Real Relationships. We want to our church to be marked by authenticity and genuine love for one another. During May and June 2024 , we focussed on a season of ‘Wellbeing’ events to help support and foster those kind of relationships. One of those was a seminar on ‘Toxic Masculinity & Femininity’.
What does it looks like to live as healthy men and women? There are a lot of different voices in our culture telling us what it means to be masculine or feminine. As image bearers of God, we are designed to reflect His character and yet this breaks down in our fallen world. On this night we will look at different categories that men and women can fall into of toxic behavioural patterns, while offering hope of how to live as image bearers of God.
