Boxing Day has become a chance to work out which gifts we’ll hang on to, & which will be boxed for exchange. For those of us who know that the great gift of Christmas is Christ, we certainly wouldn’t return Him! But what does it mean to receive Christ? What should we do with the gift of Jesus?
Turning to the life of Stephen (26th December is also known as St Stephen’s Day), we see the need to be faithful with Christ. Faithful in our action, faithful to God on His terms & ultimately, faithful til death.
