In Ezra’s time, God did move His people to repair the temple – to seek true worship. From their experiences, our expectations are shaped. Should God stir us, we should expect opposition. Opposition in a variety of ways. At the same time, we should exoect that no opposition will overcome God. His purposes will reign.
