When, Where & Why
Saturday 26th & Sunday 27th September
at The Kings School (87-129 Pennant Hills Road, North Parramatta).
Note this is non-residential so you get to sleep in your own beds on Saturday night.
The Weekender is our main opportunity this year to express our unity as one church, with great teaching, amazing worship, dedicated times of prayer, stories from different ministries and relational time, as well as hearing our vision and focus for 2027 and beyond.
What
Our theme for the Weekender is ‘The Radical Middle’, as we explore how we hold Word and Spirit together. We’ll be looking at the Spirit’s empowerment for His church, as we unpack the Word of God, and hear testimonies of Spirit filled worship, prayer, mission, and deep discipleship. There’ll be opportunities to dig deep into God’s Word, be blessed by prayer ministry, have our eyes opened to what God is doing across the globe, as well as enjoy rich relational time.

For Kids & Youth: Our Weekender is such a special opportunity for our children and youth to see and experience being in a church family. The memories and relationships formed on church weekends together last a lifetime and also lay foundations for lifelong faith.
The weekend will also be a great chance for our children and youth across our church to be together as one community, be encouraged and taught, have fun and to build friendships.
We will have a program running for children during our main sessions and there will be a space for parents of babies so you can join in the sessions while settlings, feeding and caring for little ones.
Our youth will be in some of the main sessions sitting together with their leaders. For the other sessions, youth will have some time when they will gather in some spaces dedicated just for them, to hang out, learn and enjoy time together.
