Calling all over 55s (or thereabouts!) in our congregations…
It’s time for our next Prime Praise evening together … and we would love you to join us.
The evening’s theme will be “Our Living Hope” where will launch and land with expressions of praise and worship, and in-between we will enjoy an inspirational talk by our own Leisa Aitken:
Hope is in short supply in our world at the moment. We all acknowledge that we need it, but what exactly is it and how can we nurture it? This talk will explore the question, “what is hope?” and analyse some of the reasons that many our society are struggling to have hope at the moment. It also explores how our hope as Christians can impact our daily psychological experience of hopefulness.
We will also chat some more about the opportunities we have as “older people” to be in involved in ministries both in and beyond the church.
