We are asking our members and wider community to donate a variety of non-perishable food items, to provide a ‘Winter Warmer Box’ for those in need this winter.
This winter, we are collecting small pantry items during July for our Bag of Hope Winter Appeal, to support our local community. Donations can be brought in to Kirribilli, Neutral Bay and Macquarie Park on Sundays during July (2nd, 9th, 16th & 23rd). Look out for the collection area and even take a look at an example of a packed Winter Warmer box for ideas.
Our Ignite Youth will then pack the boxes at the end of the month to distribute to our neighbours at Greenway Community Housing.
We’re looking for items such as: Tea Bags (20pk); Sweet Biscuits (small); Canned Soup (500g); Hot Chocolate Sachets; 2 Minute Noodle Packs; Cup A Soup Sachets, Throat Lozenges; Lip Balm; Hand Warmers.

We also have printed shopping lists available in church, so please add some extras into your weekly shop if you can as we’re hoping to deliver a Winter Warmer box to every Greenway home.
