Big Bang. Big Questions.

SERIES

16 Aug 2017

Some outspoken physicists and biologists have triumphantly claimed that science has eliminated the basis for belief in God, while others see the scientific evidence as pointing towards a creator God. Can we still believe in God in an age when science is considered to be the preeminent and most trustworthy source of knowledge? Is it rational to hold together a scientific worldview and one that includes belief in a supernatural reality? This seminar, with an open question time, is aimed at believers, seekers and skeptics and will explore the evidence from physics, cosmology, and biology that sheds light on questions such as “Does God exist?” and “Why is there something rather than nothing?”

Part 1 starts at 6:27

Part 2 starts at 46:23
